1. No Returns on Consumable Products

Due to the nature of our products (tea, jaggery-based consumables, and food items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the cases mentioned below.

This policy is in place to ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

 

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • You received a wrong product

  • The package was tampered with or leaking

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

 

3. Conditions for Claim

To raise a refund or replacement request:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video or clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Requests raised without proper proof may not be accepted.

 

4. How to Raise a Request

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Registered phone number / email

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

 

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was from our side

 

6. Replacement Policy

  • Approved replacements will be shipped free of cost

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location

  • Only one replacement per order is allowed

 

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged)

 

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
