1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India

• Orders are not shipped outside India at this time

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

• You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected orders

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

5. Courier Partners

We use trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

• Shiprocket / NimbusPost / Other reputed courier services

Courier partner selection is automated based on serviceability and delivery speed.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email

• You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link

7. Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate

• Prince Chai will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details

• If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted as per courier policy

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive:

• A damaged package

• A tampered package

• A missing item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.

9. Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Customer unavailable

• Refusal to accept delivery

The refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
